- Presides over all civil and criminal matters filled in the city court
- Rules on all motions before the court and sits in judgment on all trials
- Creates and enforces all local rules of procedure in civil and criminal matters in Livingston, Montana
Appointments to speak to the judge must be made in advance.
Open arraignment days:
Tuesdays and Fridays 10:00 A.M.
Law and motion days:
Every other Monday 9:00 A.M.
